Privacy Policy

Effective: 2 November 2026 · This policy explains how Nexus TCG LLC (“Nexus TCG”, “we”) handles personal information. It lives permanently at this URL and any revision will be dated.

1. Who we are.

   Nexus TCG LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered office: 1021 E Lincolnway #10789, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. We supply sealed trading-card product to retailers and collectors (business-to-business). Questions about this policy: sales@nexustcg.io.

2. What we collect.

   Contact details you give us (name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, billing and shipping addresses); order, quote, invoice and payment records; the messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the forms on this site; and cookieless, aggregate visit statistics for this website (pages viewed, no tracking cookies, no advertising profiles).

3. How we use it.

   To answer your enquiries, open and manage your trade account, prepare quotes and invoices, take payment, arrange shipping and customs paperwork, send order and shipping updates, keep business and tax records, and prevent fraud. We use software, including automated assistants, to draft replies and process orders; a person at Nexus TCG oversees these systems.

4. WhatsApp messages.

   We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to talk with customers. When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and the content you send, and we keep the conversation with your account record. We send promotional or offer messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop sending them.

5. Who we share it with.

   Only the service providers needed to run the business: messaging and email providers (Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, our email delivery provider), payment providers and banks, hosting and database providers, freight forwarders, couriers and customs brokers for your shipments, and our accountants. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

6. Where it is stored.

   Our systems are hosted with cloud providers that may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Singapore. We use encrypted connections and restrict access to the people and systems that need it.

7. How long we keep it.

   Account, order and invoice records are kept for as long as you trade with us and afterwards for the period required for tax and accounting records. Messages are kept with your account record for the same period unless you ask us to delete them.

8. Your choices and data deletion.

   You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing sales@nexustcg.io or sending us a WhatsApp message. We act on deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, which we delete once that period ends.

9. Changes.

   If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
